Kim graduated from Appalachian State University with a BFA in painting. She specializes in the use of traditional media such as watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, graphite, and ink. Much of her work is inspired by fantasy literature and mythology. She enjoys bringing characters and concepts to life through her drawings and is continually looking for new projects.
